REFUND / RETURN POLICY
Refund is possible under the following general conditions:
If not by force majeure reasons (Acts of God, Pandemic, War, etc).
All refunds will be deducted from all fees (up to 10%)
Until 30 days of the event's starting date - 100% (minus fees)
Until 15 days - 50% (minus fees) | Until 7 days - 25% (minus fees)
After the 7th day before the event start - 0% other than justified exceptions accepted by the organization.

When you attend this event, at the different event venues, you enter areas where photography, audio, and video will be recorded and used for archive, live and after-event publishing and for event marketing purposes. By entering the event premises, you consent to such. However, if you would like us not to publish an image focused specifically on you, we can try to blur or remove that image.
