The FTL2008 - International Tango Festival of Lisbon count, as DJs, with some of the most required and considered to be the best and more typical Tango DJ of present time.

Being the music the heart of the Festival's Milongas, FTL2008 addressed this element with special care.

Ours spectacular DJs will offer the best orquestras, the best 'tandas' during the glorious nights of Milonga in FTL2008. And this year we will do it in only one gender.

The art of well setting music at a Milonga require a deep knowledge of the diverse orchestras and musical lines, requires a big dedication to the cause of the Tango.

Our DJs are deep experts of practically all the orchestras and adequate compositions from Tango Danza. They have conducted more than a thousand milongas and festivals in every corner of the world.

There are not many women Tango DJs in the world. This year we have the pleasure to have with us "Melenita", who's having a great success thanks to her style, rigorous and unique.

Assuring the tipical argentinian scheme, with tandas and cortinas, "Melenita" have been DJing some of the best Festivals as Milano, Venezia, Mantova, Lubjiana (Slovenia), Padova, Bologna, Palermo, Torino, Lisbon and more.

We count on her to put you to dance all night long in some of the best milongas ever.

About the art of being a Tango DJ she said:

We play Tangos appropriate to dance because one go to the milonga to dance, and, by the end of the night, each milonga seems to me like a story, with it's perfect music and happy faces. From each Tango new embraces are born, movements, smiles, silent moments, sadness, joy, sculptures and landscapes... and people dancing are in fact dictating the next Tango I should play!"
